San Francisco Giants win the NLCS in the pouring rain, not that they mind

Marco Scutaro playing in the rain as the clock struck 12 on the run of the St. Louis Cardinals will probably be the lasting image of this NLCS, and given the performance of the NLCS MVP, it’s appropriate.

Seriously though, it was POURING by the end of the game.

If somebody got hurt, it would have been a mess of a situation.

Nobody did though, and the game ended on a Matt Holliday infield fly ball to Marco Scutaro.

Because … baseball.
